1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and password (or your Google account email if you sign in with Google).
• Order details: what you ordered, delivery and billing address, phone number.
• Artwork files: the designs you upload for printing, plus the AI-generated mockups of them.
• Support conversations: messages you send through our contact form or chat assistant.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type and approximate location (country/city), used only to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To produce and deliver your print orders, take payment, review artwork before press, respond to your messages, keep your order history so you can reorder, and improve the website. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Artwork and AI processing

When you request an AI print preview, your artwork is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the mockup images and quality warnings you see on screen. Your artwork is never edited, and we do not use your files to train AI models.

5. Where your data lives and who sees it

Accounts, orders and artwork are stored securely with our database and storage provider (Supabase). We share only what is necessary with the services that run the business: our print production partner Swan Design International — a 5-star rated print house on Google — (who receives the order details and artwork needed to print and dispatch your job), payment processing, couriers for delivery, Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and our AI preview provider. Each processes data under their own safeguards and our instructions.

6. Cookies and local storage

We keep your session and shopping cart in your browser's local storage so your basket survives page reloads. Our analytics uses a random session identifier, not advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

7. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes. Artwork files are kept so you can reorder; ask us and we will delete them. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request a portable copy. Email info@securovix.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
