Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Securovix Print is the online printing service of Securovix, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, UK. You can reach us at info@securovix.com or +44 7576559239. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Production and fulfilment are carried out with our print partner, Swan Design International — a 5-star rated London print house on Google; your order, payment and support always remain with Securovix Print.

2. Orders and artwork approval

Every order is printed from the artwork file you supply. Before checkout you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your artwork (and the AI preview where provided). The AI preview is a visual guide only; your file prints exactly as supplied. We do not redesign, correct spelling, or adjust layouts unless you have ordered our design service.

We may reject artwork that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or that we reasonably consider offensive. If we reject a job before printing, you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on product pages are calculated live from your chosen size, stock, finish and quantity, and include the options you select at the time of ordering. Orders are confirmed once payment (or an agreed invoice arrangement) is complete. Pickup orders receive the advertised collection discount automatically at checkout.

4. Delivery and collection

We aim to deliver inside London within 24 hours, and to the rest of the UK within 3-5 working days. Same-day London delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM (delivered by 7 PM). Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees; production issues, courier delays and events outside our control can affect them. Collection is available from our London studio during business hours.

5. Cancellations and changes

Printed products are custom-made to your specification, so the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has started. You may cancel or change an order free of charge at any point before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether printing has begun.

6. Quality, reprints and refunds

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will reprint it or refund it, our choice, at no cost to you. We cannot offer reprints for problems that come from the supplied artwork itself (low resolution, missing bleed, colour shifts from RGB files, typos), which is exactly what our pre-press checks warn you about before you approve.

7. Your artwork and content

You keep all rights to your artwork. You confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you supply. We keep a copy of your files so you can reorder easily; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events caused by delayed delivery.
